Yes! Stand up paddle boarding is fun for all skill levels. While it is called “stand up paddle boarding,” it can also be sit down paddle boarding and knee paddle boarding.

There is a high likelihood you will will get wet. We always recommend wearing swimwear, sunglasses, sunblock and a hat.

Always wear your PFD (personal flotation device) even if you are a confident swimmer. Colorado lake water can be frigid even in the middle of the summer, so wearing a PFD is a must.
Sun protection should always we utilized as well. The sun is quite strong at our elevation, so wearing proper clothing, sunscreen and sunglasses is paramount as well.

5-10 minutes is usually all it takes to bring the PSI to 15-20. Each paddle board comes with its own pump so your rentals can be pumped simultaneously.
